Breakthrough Atlanta, a nonprofit hosted at The Lovett School, provides life-changing educational opportunities to students from metro Atlanta’s under-resourced public schools. Breakthrough has been hosted on Lovett’s campus for 24 years. This year has been especially challenging for the students Breakthrough serves. Now more than ever, these students need the educational support, sense of belonging, and empowerment Breakthrough provides.
Due to the pandemic, Breakthrough has transformed its annual Fund-A-Scholar event into a grassroots fundraising and advocacy campaign. The 2020 Fund-A-Scholar Campaign is chaired by Lovett parents Aimee Connolly and Adrienne Cronan, with generous support from Presenting Sponsor Neiman Marcus.
The Fund-A-Scholar Committee hopes to raise $100,000 in critical support for Breakthrough Atlanta's programs.
