Martin Luther King, Jr. March
The Martin Luther King, Jr. March is open to the entire school community. This event starts with a reflection and a community lunch before participants board buses to walk in the annual march in downtown Atlanta. This event is held in partnership with Breakthrough Atlanta.
Black History Month (BHM) & Art Exhibit (Unity in Heritage)
Each year, BHM is celebrated with a program during the day for students and an evening program open to the local community. The evening program is hosted in conjunction with a reception and art exhibit featuring national and local artists whose work is loaned to us from the Lovett community's private collection.
Hispanic Heritage Month (HHM)
In conjunction with the Hispanic engagement office and language departments Lovett celebrates special exhibits and performances that highlight the rich Hispanic/Latinx culture.
