DEI for Parents & Caregivers

Lovett International Alliance (LIA)

The Lovett International Alliance is a parent-run organization that is committed to expanding international awareness by offering events and programs for the entire community.
Multicultural Coffees
The purpose of parent affinity coffees is to have conversations specifically for and with families of color; to provide a safe space for participants to offer feedback and ideas to inform program and culture improvements; to provide an additional means for parents to contribute to the life of the
school, and to demonstrate particular care and concern for diverse families.
Social Outing for Families of Color
The Office of Multicultural Programs hosts one or more social events
annually for families of color, as a way of building community.
