Ryan Randolph serves as the head coach of the Lovett School Girls Lacrosse team. He’s entering his ninth season as Varsity head coach and program director. He’s coming off eight consecutive playoff appearances and several runs to the Sweet 16 of the Georgia state playoffs.  

Coach Randolph graduated from Pepperdine University in the spring of 2008 with a bachelor's degree in English where he was a four-year member of the lacrosse team and served as a captain for two years. He was selected as a second-team MCLA All-American middie in his senior season. 

After college, he coached at Colorado Academy in Denver, Graland Country Day in Denver, and St. Viator in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Over the course of his coaching career he spent time coaching club lacrosse on both the boys and girls side for youth and high school age groups. Additionally, Coach Randolph also directs the Nike Girls Lacrosse camp here at Lovett during the summer.
