Because we grow lifelong learners, a Lovett education is an investment in your child’s future. Lovett is committed to enrolling and graduating exceptional students from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives. Such a commitment strengthens the educational experience for each individual and for our community.
Lovett recognizes that finances are a critical factor for families when considering an independent school. As a result, we dedicate more than $4 million annually to bridge the gap for families who might not otherwise be able to afford a Lovett tuition.

To develop lifelong learners and provide exceptional experiences, it sometimes means that the cost of attending Lovett exceeds tuition. Financial Aid Process
Our financial aid program is designed to make a Lovett education possible for all families based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. To assist us in determining a family’s financial need, we enlist the help of Mission Enrollment and Clarity to objectively assess the amount a family might reasonably be expected to pay toward a private school education.
To get started, please go to the Clarity application and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete. The Clarity application is mobile friendly so you can complete it from anywhere. You are also able to save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application, there is a $60 fee to submit.
Please remember to return to your Clarity dashboard after you complete and submit the application, as we require you to upload additional tax documentation.
The deadline for completing the financial aid application including relevant supplemental documents is March 1, 2025, for new families and December 1, 2024, for returning families.
If you need assistance during the process of completing your Clarity application, support is available on Clarity’s website or you can email support@clarityapp.com in both English and Spanish. The application itself can also be fully translated into Spanish.

Affordability
Payment Plans
Lovett partners with FACTS Management for student billing. This system allows the school to provide flexible payment options to all families as well as online access to account information such as billing and payment details.
Lovett Payment Options:
- The payment-in-full option will allow families to pay the full amount of tuition and required fees by July 1 by check, ACH transfer, or credit card (credit card fees will apply).
- The two-payment option provides for one half of the tuition balance to be paid through ACH or credit card (credit card fees will apply) auto-draft through FACTS Management on either the 1st or 10th of the month in July and November.
- The monthly-payment option enables families to pay tuition in equal payments over nine months on either the 1st or 10th of the month from May to January. A payment plan fee of $150 will be charged for families selecting the monthly payment option.
