The Lovett Communications Office connects our community through the effective and strategic distribution of both internal and external communications. We purposefully share news of our students, alumni, faculty, and staff with the Lovett community and beyond.

  • Emergency Alerts

    At times, severe weather, utility problems, or other emergencies may necessitate the closing of the school. Emergency information will be disseminated through the Blackboard Connect automatic text and email notification system.
  • Lovett Magazine

    The Lovett Magazine is printed twice a year and mailed to alumni, parents, and friends of The Lovett School. For more information, please contact Director of Communications Justin Abraham. To submit alumni news, please email alumni@lovett.org.
  • Lovett Website

    The Lovett School website is maintained by the Communications Office. For questions about the website, contact Digital Communications Manager Caroline Rollins.
  • Media Inquiries

    Media professionals interested in Lovett information, interviews, photographs or video footage should contact  Director of Communications Justin Abraham.
  • MyLion Portal

    MyLion is an internal portal where students, parents, and employees can access critical information about students, the School, and each division. For questions about MyLion, contact Digital Communications Manager Caroline Rollins.
  • Newsletters & Email

    The Communications Office distributes school-wide email on behalf of various internal departments and parent organizations, including the weekly Lion Lowdown every Thursday during the school year. For questions about receiving email, please contact Digital Communications Manager Caroline Rollins.
  • Parent Support Groups (PSGs)

    Parent Support Groups (PSGs) offer a wide variety of grade-specific parent education opportunities for Grades 5-12. Held 2 – 4 times per year, each grade-specific PSG meeting serves as an outlet for open communication among parents to provide information to assist parents in making informed, grade-appropriate parenting decisions.
