The Lovett School Academic Resource Center The Academic Resource Center is an academic support program for students in Grades 1-12 who desire to improve their academic performance and who may, or may not, have a diagnosed learning difference. Research by neurologists and other professionals confirms that children
learn in many different ways. Understanding and addressing these
differences make The Lovett School more effective in preparing students to
become successful, independent learners. Consistent with this research, the Academic Resource Center reflects awareness of,
differences in children's learning styles as they pursue the school's
rigorous college preparatory curriculum. The Academic Resource Center supports
currently enrolled students through three programs: Academic Tutoring
