FCA

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes is a national organization with the purpose of confronting athletes and coaches with the challenge and adventure of serving Christ.

The Lovett chapter is not just for athletes and coaches, but for all who want to gather to sing, pray, and hear about ways to deepen their faith in Christ. FCA meetings feature talks given by professional athletes, student athletes, coaches, fans, youth leaders, pastors, students, parents, and members of the community. FCA meets every Thursday that Lovett is in session at 7:00 am in the Aerobics Room, upstairs from the Wallace Gym. Each meeting consists of breakfast served by a committed group of parent volunteers, music and a talk or group activity. Everyone is invited to attend.

The Lovett chapter of FCA and its annual retreat are underwritten, in part, by the Laurence H. Powell Family Christian Fellowship Fund, a part of the Lovett endowment.
