Campus Tours, Visitation, and Open House Information

You are Cordially Invited to Attend our Open House!
Saturday, December 13, 2008, 9:00-11:00 a.m. for Kindergarten-Grade 5
and
Sunday, December 14, 2008, 1:00-3:00 p.m. for Grades 6-12
(No reservations are required for either Open House)

We are delighted that you are interested in The Lovett School, and we invite you to take advantage of the opportunities to visit our campus during the application process. Our Open Houses provide our most comprehensive overview of the school. During Open House, you will be able to tour the campus, meet and visit with our teachers and administrators, and learn about the many opportunities we provide to our students.

Kindergarten Group Tours for Parents
To attend a small group tour for parents of Kindergarten applicants, contact Marie Davie in the Lovett Admission Office at (404) 262-3032, ext. 1244. Reservations are required. These tours will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on designated days between mid-October and the end of January. These tours are not considered as part of the application process and your decision to participate in a group tour will not be an influencing factor in admission decisions. Your child will have the opportunity to visit our Lower School during the group observation which will be scheduled by the Admission Office once we receive your application.

Grades 1-5 Individual Parent Tours
To schedule an individual parent tour with a member of the Admission Office staff, contact Marie Davie in the Lovett Admission Office at (404) 262-3032, ext. 1244. Individual parent tours will be made available to you between mid-October and the end of January. These tours are not considered as part of the application process and your decision to participate in a group tour will not be an influencing factor in admission decisions. Your child will have the opportunity to visit our Lower School during the group observation which will be scheduled by the Admission Office once we receive your application.

Grades 6-8 Individual Parent Tours
To schedule an individual parent tour with a member of the Admission Office staff, contact Marie Davie in the Lovett Admission Office at (404) 262-3032, ext. 1244. Individual parent tours will be made available to you between mid-October and the end of January. These tours are not considered as part of the application process and your decision to participate in a group tour will not be an influencing factor in admission decisions. Your child will have the opportunity in February to participate in a group visit and information about this opportunity will be mailed in January. Your child will also have the chance to visit our campus during the interview which will be scheduled by the Admission Office once we receive your application.

Grades 9-12 Individual Parent Tours
To schedule an individual parent tour with a member of the Admission Office staff, contact Marie Davie in the Lovett Admission Office at (404) 262-3032, ext. 1244. Applicants to the Upper School will be given the opportunity to visit the grade to which they are applying. These visits occur at the beginning of a scheduled school day and the applicant will get to attend an advisory group meeting and two academic classes with a student ambassador. These tours and visits are not considered as part of the application process and your decision to participate tour will not be an influencing factor in admission decisions. Your child will also have the chance to visit our campus during the interview which will be scheduled by the Admission Office once we receive your application.
