In addition to a completed application, applicants must also return the following to the Admission Office, in care of the address below:

• A nonrefundable application fee of $65
• A transcript of record, including grades and standardized test scores
• A student questionnaire (contained in application)
• Three teacher evaluations, from the applicant's math teacher, English teacher, and principal or counselor (contained in application)
• The Secondary School Admission Test 
• A math placement test (following acceptance)
• Financial aid card, if applicable
• A student interview to be scheduled by the Admission Office once the application is received
