Frequently Asked Questions

How do I purchase my Middle and Upper School textbooks?
All your required textbooks, workbooks and novels are available at the Campus Store. A schedule for purchase is set by grade for you to get your books at book pick-up in August.  After your initial purchase of books, we continue to stock all of the required textbooks and supplies. Lower School textbooks and supplies are given to the students by their teacher in class.

How do I sell my used textbooks?
We buy back teacher-approved Middle and Upper School textbooks (hardbacks only) to give students credit for books they no longer need and to supply used textbooks for students to purchase at a discount at book pick-up in August. Book buy-back is at the end of spring semester. Book buy-back forms are available on-line at the Campus Store website.


Does this credit show up on my statement?
No. For the 2008 Book Buy Back, student accounts will not be credited. Students will receive a receipt for the books they turned in at Book Buy Back. After Book Pick Up is complete, a check will be issued from our book vendor, Classbook, and will be sent to the students home.

 

What do I do with paperbacks, workbooks etc?

The Campus Store works with a book company that offers recycling and donations of paperback books, used workbooks, and textbooks that not sufficient for reissue. At the end of spring semester during book buy-back the will be large bins set up in the hallways for your use.

 

What do I do if I am out of town during book pick-up?

If you know you are going to be unable to attend the book pick-up dates, then you may come to the Campus Store the Monday following book pick-up week to get your books.

 

What school supplies do I need?
For K-5, all required classroom supplies are provided to each student on the first day of classes. Middle School students my purchase a supply packet for each grade in the Campus Store. This packet contains the specific items and quantities that each teacher has requested. Upper School students will receive a list from their teachers on the first day of classes. Additional and replacement supplies may be purchased at the Campus Store throughout the year.
 
When can I buy uniforms in the summer?

The Campus Store will begin selling uniforms the first weekday of August during the summer. Uniforms sales stop the last day of school to allow for inventory and restocking for the next year.

 

Do uniforms ever go on sale?

Yes. The uniform 20 percent off sale is the last two weeks of April for families currently enrolled. This sale will also be offered to newly accepted families August 1-August 15, 2008.
