Molly Lester All Business as Fifth-Year Senior for Duke Soccer (Soccer-Girls (V))

Molly Lester '07, is one of eight former members of the Lions girls soccer program contributing at the Division I level of NCAA soccer. An interesting article may be found here, on the Duke Athletics website, chronicling how Molly is balancing Business grad school and being a fifth-year senior captain of the school's nationally-ranked soccer team. She was granted the extra year of eligibility by the NCAA following a knee injury on an ODP trip to Europe during her senior season at Lovett, which caused her to miss what would have been her freshman season for the Blue Devils.

While at Lovett, Lester was a AA Player of the Year as a sophomore during the Lions run to a 16-2-4 record and the A/AA State Championship. She was awarded the school's William C. Conley Distinquished Athlete Award after ther senior season, joining Pamela Elting '02, as the only soccer players to be so honored by the school.
