All Lovett alumni and former Lovett students are automatically considered members of The Lovett Alumni Association. Alumni of The Lovett School are located throughout the United States and in many other countries, but approximately two-thirds of Lovett's more than 5,600 graduates live in and around the Atlanta area.

The Alumni Association's mission is to work for the benefit of the school by encouraging members through fund raising and participation in other alumni, school, and community-oriented projects.
The Alumni Association is led by a 17-member executive board that meets throughout the year to plan and carry out various events, including Homecoming, reunions, Run 'n Lovett, and the Alumni Annual Fund. Alumni also manage a scholarship fund for children of alumni.
